Honestly, a waste of time. I arrived multiple times to reopen my bank account. They are either always understaffed or the manager is “too tired and compressed” to work. There is always an excuse. I have a feeling is may be an issue with racism at this point. They seem to choose who to serve and when. Mainly Latinos and I am black.
They always make me feel discriminated against,
Both atms are always down they never care to fix them. one of the worst ones in the city.

Be careful banking with Bank of America if you depend on this branch and you are a woman. Misogynistic manager wouldn't give me access to money in my account despite my license and bank card withouy my husband calling. Only evidence the male voice on the phone was the other account holder ...a matching phone number I could've easily acquired via Google phone. Be careful ladies.....all our hard work is being pulled from us with the empowerment of loser men in this administration
