Long line barely any associates to assist customers, lobby is undergoing remodel. Plenty of bank staff in building just not assisting customers. What should be an in and out transaction is taking in excess of 20 minutes. Would be more efficient to have a teller there to handle easy transactions and get the customers going.

I came to the bank this morning and one of the white female employees assisted she assisted me. I was ordering a debit card she was extremely unprofessional, I do not recommend this place to anyone.
