Best financial center I have been to. The team goes above and beyond to always help me with all my questions on the personal and business.
Poor customer service. Will be closing my account and go to another bank once I get a chance. Manager is horrible. Long line. Waiting in line for a while now with just 1 teller available.
ATM kept my card. They don't service the machine so I have to order a new one. I tell them to put a sign on the machine to avoid other people to go through the headache. They say "later", so by the time I leave another family had the same problem. Also, had to deposit a check but they wanted me to make both lines, the front to report the card issue and the line for teller. Poor service.
Horrible and terrible branch! This Bank of America branch should be permanently closed. This is worse than third world country and system is always down! Please avoid going there!
This location is absolutely ridiculous. Second visit in a row that I had 9 am appointments and took more than 15 minutes to be seen.. On top of that of that a non English speaking customer without an appointment was given priority service over me. So much for thinking being a Platinum Honors member and thinking it was any benefit.
