This location is absolutely ridiculous. Second visit in a row that I had 9 am appointments and took more than 30 minutes to be seen.. On top of that of that a non English speaking customer without an appointment was given priority service over me. So much for thinking being a Platinum Honors member and thinking it was any benefit.

Welcome is great but unable to get simple services completed without an in person visit but no one can help
