This location is absolutely pathetic. Never empty their ATM so you can never deposit money, it’s an absolute joke. They should be embarrassed and ashamed! I'm sure they’re neither. Just beyond disappointing. Fix yourselves!
Bank of America has been the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to fraud protection. Thousands of dollars were stolen from my account the day after Christmas, and weeks later I still have not received a credit. Communication has been terrible, the process has been painfully slow, and the corporate office has been completely unhelpful. On September 10, 2025 Wednesday I went to Bank of America located at 6825 Albermarle Road here in Charlotte, NC I went there too cash a check. Usually, I take a picture of the check and then deposit it. Since , I was in the area I decided to go inside of my institution. Upon entering and approaching the bank teller, I gave her the check to cash along with my DL . There wasn’t even one customer in the lobby yet the receptionist told me I can’t get help with setting the pin on my card because they were busy. She suggested I try a different location… & to think I’ve been a BOA customer for more than 15 years. What kind of customer service is that?
