Very disappointing experience. The service was poor, and the tellers appeared untrained, especially when handling business account transactions. Several employees were rude and openly discussed customers in front of others, which is extremely unprofessional. It’s frustrating to visit for a simple service only to be contacted repeatedly afterward and asked to return because the initial request was not properly completed. This level of disorganization and lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
Closing my accounts at Bank of America violating my privacy by producing my protective information without due process or due diligence. We filed a complaint with the banking Commission and they have flat out denied that they honored an invalid subpoena and have also Denied that they did not give us our 10 days due process to squash the subpoena if it has been valid.
