Great people, bad policies. BOTH B of A branches in Flagstaff are closed today (a Friday) when all other businesses are open. Yes it snowed yesterday but roads are clear and your customers NEED the bank open to do business!

Went in with 1410$ cash, to the teller Jennifer. She shorted me 100$ then essentially said I didn't know how to count after recounting her drawer in a place I could not see, and also turning the cash counter away from me, she confirmed that my mysterious loss of money was my fault not hers. I've never been robbed by a bank before. Managers were no help, just apologized. There's a reason reviews are bad here, sheisty and scammy location.
