Bank of America Flagstaff Woodlands is absolutely atrocious. They won't even pick up the phone. They are the nearest branch location and their customer service is appalling.
Went in to open an account for my daughter and they were more worried about closing than helping us. Should have read the reviews before I went in here. Went over to Arizona Credit Union and they were happy to take our business.
All good. This location is closing on Saturdays and Sundays starting 4/04/25.
Great people, bad policies. BOTH B of A branches in Flagstaff are closed today (a Friday) when all other businesses are open. Yes it snowed yesterday but roads are clear and your customers NEED the bank open to do business!
