Teller here is super rude I came in to open a second account. He refused to help saying there was a long line Horrible, I waited my time
What an absolute joke branch, got us waiting while took care of everyone else coming way after us. Ridiculous service, might as well just close this branch down cause waiting 1-2 hrs just to talk to someone is criminal.
Bank of America Flagstaff Woodlands is absolutely atrocious. They won't even pick up the phone. They are the nearest branch location and their customer service is appalling.
