Absolutely incompetent. Misinformed me during my account opening, messed up the terms of my account, and did not provide any account opening documents. Lied to me that these documents will be emailed to me only for me to learn on the customer support line that this will not happen. Very unhappy and never coming back here again.

Things have really improved lately with customer service at the Woodlands location.
Reading other reviews first and I don’t know how they can have these ppl employed this LONG!!-this bank has NO CUSTOMER service what-so-EVER!! Especially the bald old man in a vest! He really shows he is in the wrong field-you can just see his vibe🙄 only one lady with the long grey hair is moving that line of customers! The others I don’t know whr they are walking to or what they are so busy with to just be walking by customers.
