Absolutely incompetent. Misinformed me during my account opening, messed up the terms of my account, and did not provide any account opening documents. Lied to me that these documents will be emailed to me only for me to learn on the customer support line that this will not happen. Very unhappy and never coming back here again.
Things have really improved lately with customer service at the Woodlands location.
Reading other reviews first and I don’t know how they can have these ppl employed this LONG!!-this bank has NO CUSTOMER service what-so-EVER!! Especially the bald old man in a vest! He really shows he is in the wrong field-you can just see his vibe🙄 only one lady with the long grey hair is moving that line of customers! Absolutely the worst banking experience. After ten years with Bank of America for my businesses, the Flagstaff branches are a disaster. Horrible hours—opening later and closing earlier than any other bank. The staff is unmotivated, untrained, and can't handle even simple tasks like closing an account. Weeks after I was assured my account was closed, a new debit card arrived out of nowhere. Completely incompetent leadership and zero accountability. Ronda is awesome. Made my day a zillion times easier. I know it can be hard for many to separate the individual from the entity, and no big company is perfect, but she was extremely helpful and understanding. I’m thankful for her.
