The definition of incompetent staff. Instead of helping customers, the staff are wasting time with useless side conversations. Instead of talking about flowers for 20 minutes, trying working.
No help at all and very rude!
Absolutely incompetent. Misinformed me during my account opening, messed up the terms of my account, and did not provide any account opening documents. Lied to me that these documents will be emailed to me only for me to learn on the customer support line that this will not happen. Very unhappy and never coming back here again.
