This bank is actually closed, it is only an atm now! Don't drive the 30 minutes for nothing like I did.
The management and customer service is terrible! I always walk out of this bank irritated by the bad service, excessive wait times, and being treated as if they don't care about their customers. I always seem to be thinking of changing banks and haven't done it yet. It's really getting to the point that I shouldn't be doing any business here. All they seem to want is your transaction fees and service fees. Very disappointed in the service here.

I am so disappointed with Bank Of America! I have been a customer for 33 years and have gotten screwed over a couple times from them. So I’m looking at my statements that they have been hounding me to go paperless and now I know why they want everyone to do that because they charge you hidden fees without letting you know or they say that they sent you something in the mail.
