I have never walked into a friendlier bank. Every time I have been here I really feel like they are centered on me, for the few times I’ve entered, they welcome me by name which I thought is amazing. They have helped me consolidate my credit debt to zero percent. I’m so impressed.
I've been banking with Bank of America for many years and took over my grandmother's accounts after she passed away. I love the level of customer service I receive here and even bypass the ATM sometimes just so I can come make a deposit/withdrawal at the counter. From simple transactions to obtaining financial advice, Bank of America has been simply wonderful to work with!
So what is the deal with checks or cashiers check when you can’t cash them at the bank? I had a check written to me from Bank of America. I didn’t wanna deposit in a mike bank account at Wells Fargo because I wanted to split it between my BECU. I have been a Bank of America customer for a long time and have interacted with a variety of branches. The Port Orchard branch is my favorite branch for any of my in-person banking needs. Every person I've interacted with at this branch has been professional, helpful, friendly, and kind.
I have always been greeted with smiles and respect at this branch. Staff is always helpful and attentive to my needs, and wait times for service has been very low. I have been a client of this branch since 1975.
