What kind of bank closes at 4 on a business day? A terrible experience every time anyway. Makes it extra ridiculous to not even be available for your hardworking customers. A constant disappointment. I am looking forward to changing to KCU tomorrow.
I wanted to give a special shout out to Kristina and Kristy! They went above and beyond to help to help my 90 year old grandmother recover her wire transfer receipt. It doesn't sound like a big deal but when you are over 90 it's a feet! I have never walked into a friendlier bank. Every time I have been here I really feel like they are centered on me, for the few times I’ve entered, they welcome me by name which I thought is amazing. They have helped me consolidate my credit debt to zero percent. I’m so impressed.
I've been banking with Bank of America for many years and took over my grandmother's accounts after she passed away. I love the level of customer service I receive here and even bypass the ATM sometimes just so I can come make a deposit/withdrawal at the counter. From simple transactions to obtaining financial advice, Bank of America has been simply wonderful to work with!
So what is the deal with checks or cashiers check when you can’t cash them at the bank? I had a check written to me from Bank of America. I didn’t wanna deposit in a mike bank account at Wells Fargo because I wanted to split it between my BECU.
