BOA sucks and I most likely will be taking my accounts elsewhere. I had an appointment with them and had to cancel due to illness and rescheduled. I have been trying to confirm the time for the last two days and I keep getting a recording that everyone is assisting other customers and to call back or go online. I am not wasting my time or gas to go 11 miles for an appointment that I don't even know is for sure. Why isn't there someone to answer phones? Is that too much to ask????
