I’ve been trying to reach Bank of America for the past three days, calling multiple times with no answer. On the third day, someone finally picked up the call, but ended it abruptly without helping me. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced — extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
I visited for the first time, and my experience was excellent. Riquel Foster was extremely kind, professional, and made the entire process very smooth and easy to understand. I truly appreciate her helpful attitude and hope to meet people like her every time I visit. Thank you for such great service!
