Today at 3:30pm, I went in to make a deposit, and got told that the person in charge of that went out on a lunch break for 30 minutes and I got told to wait. I was the only customer there, and the person who told me this wasn't helping anyone either. So if this person who handles deposits is out by the time you arrive, no one else can help you. This is unacceptable and disrespectful. I've gone to this location many times and this has never happened before.
After 40 years of excellent experiences with Bank of America, I was shocked by the hostile service at this branch. I waited over an hour, only to be met with sarcasm from the sole teller, who was not wearing a name tag and refused to accept my deposit. When I sought assistance from the manager, Paul, he was beligerant, unhelpful, and created a toxic environment.. I am a senior citizen and felt discriminated against. This experience was incredibly upsetting and certainly not the standard I’ve known from BofA
All the staff were soo kind and our work done very patiently and quickly too. And Ms. Ricquel gave the best service to us.. she was explaining everything very patiently and clearly explained. We are soo happy with their customers service, Everyone are so polite and ready to help you upfront... Thankyou all
