Scheduled an appointment online with banker Joshua Ruiz. Once I got it, he was familiar with the checking promotion I was interested in. He was fast, professional efficient, and didn't try to push any unnecessary items. Parking was easy, wished there were more trees for shade though.

Four years back I did an appreciative review. Although have been with B of a for a few decades I avoided their offices whenever possible. With all the office closures I looked for an alternative office for business banking. The phone system is worthless in trying to reach this location.
I usually have okay experiences at this location. The tellers are friendly and helpful. However, last time, the person at the front door, John, was rude and not helpful. I spent 40 min there without any help. I had to go to a different location and the staff there were great. I was in and out in 10 min.
