I've been to other locations and they welcome you and make sure you are taken care of. This location did not!
Nathalia is a very friendly and good banker. The consultant Airana who helped us at the entrance was really optimistic and helpful.
5 BofA employees lounging and standing around. 2 employees at the window. 7 people in line. Garbage. Get tellers in the window!
No accounts with no hidden fees? No thanks. I guess I’ll just lose $8 for you to cash YOUR check BoA. Get another bank.
Terrible service here. 1 teller for aan entire bank. The line got up to almost 9 people and still no extra teller in sight.... I wasted 30+ minutes waiting to cash a check...... only to be told they couldn't cash it, as it was too large of an amount for me to be able to cash it when I do not have a BofA account myself. Ive NEVER had this at any other bank. Nor have I ever waited over half an hour just to cash a check ....
