Wouldn't verify me social security card and ID in hand. Typically a banker would call in and verify over the phone so I could speak w a banker over the phone. The person in the branch told me to do it. Poor service and cant properly validate. Awful experience.

Terrible service. Rep argued with me about my account and was disrespectful. Close account and go next door to Wells Fargo.
Extremely unhelpful, always tells you to come back, never solves the problem day of.
