Congrats, we found the worst Bank of America branch nationwide. No one wanted to help. The manager was there worst of all. I don’t think anyone cares. Horrible service

I had a very negative experience due to the manager's extremely rude and unprofessional behavior.
It is alarming that a bank can mishandle something this simple. 1 star. I came in for a very simple cash exchange: four $100 bills for smaller denominations. Instead, because the teller was extremely difficult to hear and failed to clearly confirm the transaction, the money was processed as a deposit into the business account. That is not a small mistake.
