It is alarming that a bank can mishandle something this simple. 1 star. I came in for a very simple cash exchange: four $100 bills for smaller denominations. Instead, because the teller was extremely difficult to hear and failed to clearly confirm the transaction, the money was processed as a deposit into the business account. That is not a small mistake. The service bank staffs are just so-so and extremely inefficient. Even after several times,they still refused to handle the matter.
