Kiara provided excellent customer service and was able to efficiently answer all my questions. She was super friendly and knowledgeable.
I'm not sure if Chik fil'a came to train the team here, but I had a great experience and it seemed like it was their pleasure. April and others were kind and helped me out in a stressful spot. Going out of their way and opening their doors even a few minutes after hours to help me out in a pinch!
I would like to commend Pedro Lara for providing the best banking service I have ever experienced. Since opening my new account, I had been facing a persistent issue logging into mobile banking. I visited several bankers, but unfortunately, none were able to resolve the problem. Pedro Lara took immediate action, thoroughly investigated the root cause, and successfully resolved the issue. His professionalism, dedication, and problem-solving skills truly stood out. I am extremely grateful for his support.
Our Meryl Lynch rep was superb however, the other bank staff could not provide us a bathroom even if we were investing 20K+.
