I would like to commend Pedro Lara for providing the best banking service I have ever experienced. Since opening my new account, I had been facing a persistent issue logging into mobile banking. I visited several bankers, but unfortunately, none were able to resolve the problem. Pedro Lara took immediate action, thoroughly investigated the root cause, and successfully resolved the issue. His professionalism, dedication, and problem-solving skills truly stood out. I am extremely grateful for his support.
Our Meryl Lynch rep was superb however, the other bank staff could not provide us a bathroom even if we were investing 20K+.

I just went to this branch to open a new bank account and I was lucky enough to meet with Omid. He opened a new bank account for me in no time and he was very friendly and professional. I'm happy that I selected this branch as my home branch.
I go every Saturday and the line is ridiculous, asked the manager if they are short and he replied no we have two tellers. Clearly customer satisfaction is meaningless or they would see the need for a third. Watched several people leave. Just silly It has been a year since visiting, thought I would give this location another shot. No wonder the rating is 2.4 the manager Erich is awful slow with zero customer service skills.
