Worst experience, i went to notarize the document, but the staff didnt have enough knowledge and they refuse to do the notary
Seems like the incredibly low rating for this bank of america branch is fitting. With the minimal services they offer i wonder why they are even open. What kind of national branch can't accept Canada money even for deposit. Not even looking for an exchange. Just seems like something a national bank in a major metropolitan area should offer.......

I've been a customer for about 15 years and never have I been treated so bad. I recommend to choose a different branch. Several months later and I still won't go here!
