I've been a customer for about 15 years and never have I been treated so bad. I recommend to choose a different branch
I walk in there with a Bank of America payroll check to deposit in my Bank of America account and I cannot withdraw any money until the next day. I don't know if this or not being able to put cash in my wife's account without having an account myself is worse.
Very Disappointing Service – Avoid This Branch I had a scheduled appointment, but the rep showed up late due to lunch and barely apologized. She struggled to help with documents and clearly didn't know the procedures. I ordered bank cards that never arrived. I sent several messages to the rep – no response. Long story short, I tried getting a new card sent to me. The people on the phone got this wrong in multiple different ways, they got the wrong address, twice, ended up canceling and shipping a different card of mine etc etc. Well, clear the phone calls aren't working, I know have to go in and speak with a human. I do, and I go to this bank, taking time off work to go deal with a problem that should have been dealt with over the phone.
