Long story short, I tried getting a new card sent to me. The people on the phone got this wrong in multiple different ways, they got the wrong address, twice, ended up canceling and shipping a different card of mine etc etc. Well, clear the phone calls aren't working, I know have to go in and speak with a human. I do, and I go to this bank, taking time off work to go deal with a problem that should have been dealt with over the phone.
