I've been a customer for about 15 years and never have I been treated so bad. I recommend to choose a different branch. Several months later and I still won't go here!
I have never had such disregard nor poor service. Ever. All of the other reviews about this place are correct.
I originally went to this branch with a large business deposit of 400 or so checks (which I had separated into 28 batches). I started the process with Jay and after a 5 batches, she appeared disinterested to continue and sent me to the manager Ryan to speak about night drops, which I mentioned I wasn’t interested in.
