I wish I could give them zero stars. I went in to open a new account, and it was the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a bank. I spoke to the Financial Manager and tried to explain how the service reflected her leadership, but she didn’t seem to care. She was gossiping with the staff, and when I pointed it out, she just shrugged it off like she had done nothing wrong. This location needs better leadership.
