Pesimo servicio no les importa el cliente nunca te atieden tengo como 30 años con bank of America y nunca me habian atendido asi si se pudiera no le diera ninguna estrella
Que coraje con este banco nunca había tenido ningún problema hasta hace cómo 4 días que hice un depósito de 706 dólares y se los robó el cajero no me los devolvió ni me los depósito a la cuenta y no recibo respuesta se supone que cuando llame de 2 a 3 días me iba a dar el crédito y nada no se los recomiendo es lo peor uno de verdad uno necesita el dinero no soy millonaria.
Horrible experience today. I got judged by the teller. I went in to cash a check and right away she said the check was from another bank but I am a customer from this bank and I have an account then she went on to say that I needed to have enough in my account to cover all while not even knowing what my account looked like since I had not put in my debt card. I explained to her that I had waaaaaay over the amount of the check. She judged me by my appearance. Very wrong.
