This location is really bad. The cashiers do not seem to be attentive to the fact that customers are waiting in line. Instead, they engage in personal conversations as if they were there to socialize rather than provide service. This creates an unprofessional environment and unnecessary delays. Charging 8 bucks to cash their own check
I gave the branch manager an opportunity to rectify the situation and have received no help, or call back, or answer on the phone. I’ll be leaving Bank of America, not that they care according to this branch. I’ve never been so frustrated trying to make a deposit (cash mind you) to take care of my recently deceased loved one.
