Slowest service ever! Bank tellers look like they have no idea what they are doing! Will be changing banks ASAP.. Waited one hour in the lobby just to cash a check..
Worst place ever! One they do not have the drive thru. I got in line to cash a check. Waited in line for 25 mins. Got to the teller and they told me I had to wait for another employee at the lobby to verify the check. Then had to come back in line and wait again! This is ridiculous!! I’ve been here over an hour just to cash a check that is from Bank of America!! Ridiculous!!! And I can hear other people complaining about the wait!
Honestly, in my more than 25 years of going to different banks and service places, this one easily wins first place for the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. It’s like the people here actually try to give you bad service. Even with no waiting list, they make you wait forever and treat you terribly. It honestly feels like you’re being helped by a bunch of cavemen trying to figure out modern banking, and some of them don’t even seem to understand the language.
