I gave the branch manager an opportunity to rectify the situation and have received no help, or call back, or answer on the phone. I’ll be leaving Bank of America, not that they care according to this branch. I’ve never been so frustrated trying to make a deposit (cash mind you) to take care of my recently deceased loved one. There is only 1 teller helping out and then they take forever. Definitely not good as a customer or a business.

Do Not visit this location & Do Not trust any of the tellers or the manager at this location! I need to report a teller transaction error to the public. My mother and I have a joint account, and I also have a separate solo account. She went to withdraw money from the joint account with only her ID, but the teller mistakenly withdrew $700 it from my solo account. FYI She is not authorized on that account. I spoke with BofA and they reviewed the transaction and cannot move the funds back to my solo account even though this was... read more
