Completely useless. 4 people standing around in a circle talking to each other and the only resolution they have is “it’s our system, not us”. If your system dictates how your business is run, then why are you paying 4 people to do nothing? Completely and utterly useless.
Have been a premier client for more than 3 decades. Went there for notary services. Refused to do it even for a copy of their own bank statement. Went to US bank and got it done immediately. Will be moving my accounts from BOA to other customer friendly banks. Hopefully this branch will be shut down soon.
This bank should be closed down, they have 0 infomation for help. They have no person you can talk to with actual answers. No places don't answer their phone but when you get there , there would have been reason to not have answered the phone. Worst bank of America. Do not recommend.
Scheduled a meeting with a notary. Showed up on time for my scheudled appointment. The manager is the notary at this location. I found it extremely rude to have a meeting scheduled with a customer and said manager cannot even come out and speak to the customer. Communication was handled as a back and forth between another employee. Manager's door remained closed the entire time. Could not imagine working for a manager that doesn't have an open door policy.
