Fui como a la 1 de la tarde y había 2 ventanillas abiertas, no había mucha gente por lo que mi tiempo de espera no fue mayor a 5 minutos, supongo esta bien pero si vas en horas pico 2 ventanillas no serán suficientes para atenderte en un tiempo considerable.

Very good service experience. Xueyang Wang is very professional, efficient and nice. She was patient and kind with all the questions I asked. I had have an appointment before I came. Although I was 15 minutes late, I could handle the affairs immediately when I arrived without waiting again. The bilingual service here is good, and they can speak Mandarin and English fluently. All liars… We had an appointment at 1pm today with the banker Xueyang Wang and she didn’t show up. At the branch, the receptionist Jesus Olguin (he claims that he is the acting Branch Manager) told us he couldn’t find our appointment.
