Not very helpful. Bad attitude. Disrespectful
I swear they make things more difficult than they need to be on purpose. I am not driving 3 hours to make a damn appointment.
I have family who bank here and I just recently set up my account at BofA, too! The service by Adam Groh was straightforward, informative, and excellent. I am pleased to be in business with this bank, and I look forward to our relationship!
I went to cash a check that is issued through Bank of America. The manger of branch refused to cash the check , didn’t give me a reason why . However I went to another Bank of America and was able to get the check cashed no problem. The check was issued from Bank of America through Merrill. When I asked why she didn’t have an explanation. I really hope this didn’t have anything to do with me being of color, with a larger check . All I asked for was logical explanation and she couldn’t product one , very unprofessional.
Poor customer service at this branch. Poor communication. Unfriendly. Go to the Mid Rivers location where they care about their customers.
