If I could give this Bank of America 0 stars, I absolutely would! As a former Bank of America employee there are certain standards the employees of this brand are to uphold. It is unfortunate to know how much time and money is poured into continuous education and training and they still can’t practice basic customer service skills. I had a very disappointing experience at this Bank of America location. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the customer service was far below expectations. Their attitude also came across as discriminatory, which made the visit even worse. I hope nobody gets treated as badly as I did!!
Would not go to this branch. They do not want to help or answer questions. They also treat you very rudely.
Went in today with a check and had some troubles with the people who issued it and Theresa B. was super helpful and cheerful and made what would’ve been a bad experience into a pleasant breath of fresh air on a bad day. Great job and great customer service
