Each time I come in there is only 1 teller working and a long line. Also their atm machines are garbage. Each time I try to make a deposit it spits out the money .

Figured a branch outside of the city would be a better experience, turns out the bank itself just sucks. I’ll be switching to a local credit union after being a BoA customer for 20 years.
