I HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY! They decided to freeze a payroll account at a business, without any notice or rational reason. They affected over a hundred employees, let them bounce checks, collected overdraft fees, and had no remorse at all when informed of the mistake. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK!
TORN MONEY (Teller: Suzanne) My toddler ripped my 100 dollar bill into 3 pieces. My mistake for leaving it out. I called BOA they said they could exchange it as long as i have 51% of the bill. I had 100% of the bill just in 3 pieces. I went in and spoke with the teller. She instantly denied me and didnt even have the decency to get a manager after i explained what i was told on the phone. Said my only option was to go through Federal Reserve in D.C which is a 6month process. I WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO WELLS FARGO. They help... read more
