Quck easy to get too
Husband came here to open an account. Waited 25 minutes with no help. Soon as he went outside to tell me what was going on they locked the door since it was right at closing. Next time just tell ppl you don’t have time and to make an appointment. Very unprofessional.
Well go to bank and there are two people at windows and two tellers one person leaves and woman with bonds has problem and moves away from window she on her phone and person moves in her spot the other person is still at window on other side the person at the other window leaves and the woman with the bonds jumps back at the window as the people in front of me were walking to the window and the teller say we'll be just a minute well the man at the other window finally left and the people in front of me went to that window we... read more
Their ATM stays broken and can't read every bill accurately. They also charge businesses a cash processing fee. Apparently when you open a bank counting cash isn't something you are supposed to do. They also limit daily cash withdrawals to a low amount if going to the ATM. Oughta to change the name to bank of China.
