This was my second visit to the Bank of America branch in Lincolnton, and overall I had a positive experience with the employees working here. When I arrived, there was only one teller available while another banker was assisting an elderly customer. Even so, the wait was short. The teller quickly helped me withdraw my funds, checked me in to see a banker, and I waited about 10 minutes before Kelley was available.
