Very small... if you don’t have an appointment, you might have to wait for 20-30 mins on a normal day. The staff were super friendly though. The front desk lady managed to take care of everyone even though there were many people coming in and out. And the lady (I believe her name is Cathy) who helped me open my bank account was informative and amicable. By the way, the place is a little difficult to find through Google map. It’s close to the campus bookstore and you can find it when you exit Subway.
I've been there since the day one of life at Wash U. I got my first debit and credit cards there. The service is excellent, the front-desk lady is nice and willing to help. Although I'm an international student, the staff there are always very patient, and help me figure out the complicated financial arrangements. In this way, I really appreciate all they have done.
Service is very slow, bank employees sitting and standing around while customers wait. Some customers, why I don't know, seem to not have to wait while others sit for 20 min to talk with a rep. Not a good banking choice, glad I have other options.
Small branch with great staff. Very convenient for WashU students.
