I had repeat issues with debit card. Card repeatedly got suspended and I had to call in. First response was I needed to tell them where I am going out of town by an app. Bailed out bank somehow became big brother with 90k corporate quarterly bonuses in downtown Charlotte to suites. The third time it was suspended I called and waited 30 minutes to be transferred to security department. The fraud protection never picked up or was not open. Needless to say I am no longer a customer.
They never have enough cashiers working. Regardless of how busy they are or how long you've been waiting they take their sweet time.
