Always a problem . Whether it's the limited hours, withdrawing funds, license checks to withdraw from my own account and let's not forget closing the branch during Covid and losing access to my safe deposit box. No former warning ....nothing. Come to the bank and people standing around wondering why bank closed without notice. Having to call corporate to get access to my safe deposit box. What a joke. Super unprofessional.
5 stars to the associate who handled my anger no stars to this awful banking system I finally removed myself from and has a pathetic reputation..and nowww to the credit unionnnnnn
