I have to rate this particular bank branch is the worst bank I have ever had. Bank manager is rude and condescending. She should take lessons on treating members of her bank she manages on curiosity. Always a problem . Whether it's the limited hours, withdrawing funds, license checks to withdraw from my own account and let's not forget closing the branch during Covid and losing access to my safe deposit box. No former warning ....nothing. Come to the bank and people standing around wondering why bank closed without notice. Having to call corporate to get access to my safe deposit box. What a joke. Super unprofessional.
