I came to the bank to talk to an advisor . But instead Jeannysa and Jeannah , took the time from behind there teller stattion to assist me . With BOA website they were friendly and patience with me .....excellent representive of great employees

My husband went to ask a question and Corey was extremely rude with him. He began asking him questions with made my husband feel uncomfortable instead of asking for those questions private. One of those questions was related to his social security number. It made my husband feel since he was Hispanic and the tome Corey used, my husband felt he was being racially profiled. When my husband asked to speak with a manager Corey said he was the manager. I am upset with the service that was provided to my husband.
