I recently accompanied a handicapped friend to this branch. Due to his poor vision and hearing, he's unable to use the ATM so needs assistance to make a transaction. Fortunately, Kimberly Cohn works at this Branch. She patiently answers his questions and resolves his banking issues with a high level of kindness. He no longer says he has to go to the bank. He tells me he needs to go see Kimberly.
As two senior citizens who need support with banking technology we can’t say enough about how helpful manager, Daniel and customer service assistant, Chris are! They have helped us numerous times with banking needs. No concern is too small for these men. Thank you both; you are both assets to Bank of America!
