I visited Bank of America regarding my debit card address issue. JaLauren Campbell was very helpful, patient, and explained everything clearly, including savings and interest details. Great customer service experience!
Just left out after standing in line for 10 minutes no service then business clients walk right in and get service. I'm closing my credit card soon.
Despicable customer service. The attendant at the door refused to allow my friend who had been robbed to speak with a manager. He not only smirked at her, but proceeded to say, “Calm down girl” as she pleaded that someone help her. They said they would give her $25 and that she would then need to leave. She did not accept the offer. Only go here if you wish to be treated as subhuman.
Zero stars 100% would not recommend Dear Bank of America Customer Relations, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior I experienced from Miss Williams at your Lindell branch. Teresa Chambers was just amazing , clean bank , definitely the best experience I’ve had with this bank. Again thumbs up to Teresa Chambers , she needs a raise ! All the attendees was polite and efficient too, thank you.
