This Bank of America is not doing what’s supposed to be. On February 3rd I deposited $1980 and the machine said $1580. After reacting what I pressed yes. I realized it was wrong. If felt pretty safe going there at 1 am to their atm. Clean area, no one was around.
Visited this branch on today afternoon and I have a very good impression, all staff is friendly, helpful and it took me 5 min to solve my issue.
The level of incompetence at this branch can honestly not be measured. Did not realize how terrible it was until I finally left. Just as a bonus, the hours could not get any worse, they are horrible even by banking standards. Crazy teller lines, no drive-through’s and they constantly tell you to use mobile banking whenever you go in there.
