Aug 26 @ 11:30am. Main branch in Gastonia, NC-- a very long line and only 2 tellers working??!! REALLY, BOA??!! While I was in line, I witnessed SEVERAL seniors would wait for 5 mins then leave. I've been a BOA customer for 20+ yrs BUT if there isn't something done to accommodate the customers (like opening back up the drive thru that has been closed for several years) I am considering moving my accounts down the street to BB&T that have better accommodations for their customers. This is the shittiest, most selfish bank I've ever seen. Due to a tragic situation giving me PTSD, I was unable to make payments, so they started charging me $80 interest and $38 late fees. When I got back on my feet, they had a $900 minimum payment for me but "settled" on $150 payments for 6 months, still charging me the same high interest and late fees despite my payments. They now fluctuate and decide on however much they want my min payment to be (one day it's $110, next it's $160??) And still charge a $38 late fee and l... read more
