Can't see the atm screen during the day
Bad experience w/ bank employee Mariella Torres today 6/20/25. Cuts me off in line without saying "excuse me" or even a "Good morning", proceeds to the window, then turns around and raises her voice to tell a couple customers "Get back in the office, we're not done yet!". It's not like she was having a bad day but seems like a constant pattern. Rude when she worked at the Freedom branch and rude now at the Gastonia branch on Franklin. How does an employee like this continues to work for the bank? SMH
I've read all the reviews,and I've been with BOA for a few years and never once experienced any of the negative I've read from the ppl who have or had problems with the BANK . My experience has been very pleasant every time . I sometimes have to wait my turn, but when I am up, all my questions are answered in a respectful manner. I am sorry for the negative feedback I've read, but it is always good to read the fine print so that you understand the issues much better.
