This place is a joke open 4 days a week ??? This is the closest bank to us , we need more days open find help
This place was the slowest banking experience I have EVER encountered. One teller, no drive through. And they never have more people to help. Line always out the door and this has been so since pre pandemic days. Thankfully I do not bank with BoA any longer.
Horrible branch always super slow in the drive threw and always a very long wait in the lobby mostly due to lack of staff love my bank but not this location.
Absolutely useless location. 3 other locations processed my bonds I had with ZERO issues, I come here and they say “oh we don’t do that here” Okay, so the other 3 BOA locations do that but you don’t? They said they shouldn’t have done it... Place needs to be shutdown Awful bank
Today I went to the Bank of America in San Carlos Park. Unfortunately I did not realize that my license was expired so I cannot cash a check that a customer had written to me which is completely understandable. But my issue was how rude and condescending the teller was she was very disrespectful very arrogant and I would never get an account with Bank of America due to her personality
