Helped my mother in law to activate her new card. The lady came off as a salesman. Trying to talk my mother in law to apply for a credit card over and over again even when my mother in law told her no multiple times. Then asked me where I bank and I replied not here and nor would I ever bank there. Then lectured me about credit unions. I told her I would never bank at Bank of America or any of the big corporations such as theirs. She was relentless rude and a very unprofessional. I recently visited the Bank of America at Miromar Outlet, and I was quite disappointed with the level of service. Unfortunately, they seem to have little regard for customers’ time. I experienced delays and a lack of communication, which made the visit frustrating. I made an appointment at 3pm with Mateo, I eventually left what a waste of time. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service in the future.

Typical multi national conglomerate bank with "we are just following orders" employees. Unable to assist my elderly mother upon request without scheduling a different appt, so we do. Two weeks later the employee doesn't show up the meeting. I realize the banks have share holders that don't care. And I realize the employees simply want a paycheck and not go out of their way to assist. I strongly feel banking should be the same as shopping for goods or food, use local.... not a part of the corporatocracy.

I walked in and was fortunate to be helped immediately by Manuel. He was fast, efficient, and explained what I needed to know. Definitely five stars today.
