I walked in and was fortunate to be helped immediately by Manuel. He was fast, efficient, and explained what I needed to know. Definitely five stars today.
I run a business and each month I have to manually deposit money into some clients accounts. Almost every visit there is a long line waiting to see a teller. They have one working and many others not helping out. You wait 15+ minutes to see a teller. Numerous times people walk out due to the long wait times. BoA is terrible. All the other major banks are more efficient and you rarely ever stand around waiting.
Very inefficient customer service. 15 people waiting in line.
They took out the drive three atm and I’m sure I’m not the only one but I feel like safety should be there #1 priority and now you have to walk up to the atm !!! Like being in my car is way safer than walking up to get cash or put cash in!!! Do better!! Honestly I am switching banks that bank is the only one around and I’m sick of the inconvenience and not feeling safe and secure
