This bank not only helps you fast but ,friendly and with love. Mateo Brito took his time to help me with not understanding what I supposed to know why I’m not getting my money deposited on 2/3/25 and recording only 3/4 of the amount He resolved the problem with contacts inside the bank. If I could give this a negative 5 stars I would. The employees behind the counter never know what they are doing. Every transaction requires a manager. They have 2 people behind the counter and at least 5 others just walking around. I have tried to go there three times and wasted hours waiting for them to bust it together. As a business owner, time is money and they have cost me too much to ever go back.

Been to the Pine Ridge Rd & Airport, and the one on Golden Gate Blvd, as a result of my bad experience at the Pine Ridge location. The business manager at Pine Rifge is the boss of thw business managet at the Golden Gate branch, Kelvin. They both omit information, by not sharing with you how long your checks might be held, opting for a sad reply that that's up to their "Back Office."
