We do all our banking here: we’ve always found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful!
From my opinion my credit card was lost and I go 2 times there fist time they busy but I take second time appointment there is a lady name Allysa edquilang she is a good helper for me and her way of taking customer is very good every time I go in bank she is the good person I see in bank every time good listener and speaker thanks mam for corporating with me very well
Manager is lazy and doesn’t help people when there is a long line and only one teller. Unfriendly too.
Terrible customer service. Waited on the phone just to make an appointment for 5 minutes with no possible way to speak to anybody. If you want a bank that doesn't answer the phone within 5 minutes ever go to this one. I can't wait for the day to take my business somewhere else. They're the worst.
