Why would they close at 4pm!?BofA has closed 2 other large banking centers in East Oakland, leaving this one in Montclair, which closed too early, and one in the Fruitvale District with extremely long lines. I’m about to pull all my $$$ and go somewhere else, even though I’ve been with them for over 35 years.
We do all our banking here: we’ve always found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful!
From my opinion my credit card was lost and I go 2 times there fist time they busy but I take second time appointment there is a lady name Allysa edquilang she is a good helper for me and her way of taking customer is very good every time I go in bank she is the good person I see in bank every time good listener and speaker thanks mam for corporating with me very well
