Manager is lazy and doesn’t help people when there is a long line and only one teller. Unfriendly too.
Terrible customer service. Waited on the phone just to make an appointment for 5 minutes with no possible way to speak to anybody. If you want a bank that doesn't answer the phone within 5 minutes ever go to this one. I can't wait for the day to take my business somewhere else. They're the worst.
Great service received from Natasha Brittain. Very helpful, competent and knowledgeable. Me and my wife had to do international transfer abroad and set ne account up For me. Everything went smoothly and in the nice atmosphere. Highly recommended Michal
Suddenly closed my son's account with no warning. No willingness shown to help rectify the situation by reopening or creating an account with the same terms. Terrible, terrible customer service.
I had the unfortunate need to go to a physical bank location. I get that boa doesn’t care about retail customers with one teller and excessive long wait times but for all the disgusting profits that you make, please add an additional teller at your earliest convenience!!!
