Went into Bank of America at Pebblebrook for a 2 PM appointment with the notary Ina MAZREKU. She was 15 minutes late and only came in when we complained. She was unprofessional. After we left, we received a notice that our appointment was canceled. We felt this was sent out so a survey wouldn’t go out. We have been a customer of Bank of America for approximately 25 years.
Completely unprofessional staff they yell your personal information in front of other clients at the teller window! The manager Michele is entitled and rude. This is a financial institution if they can’t protect client information they should not be working here. I understand regulations and agree for security but as a client you should be informed if you information is going to be openly discussed in front of other clients avoid this place and avoid Michele the manager that don’t understand privacy.
