The Riverchase manager is rude and insulting. I have banked there for over 25 years. BOA prides itself on customer service. Someone needs to assist them in how to converse with a customer. Terrible experience with Bank of America! I had an issue with my debit card, and they were completely unhelpful. I couldn’t withdraw my money, and customer service had no idea how to fix the problem. I spoke to multiple representatives, and each one gave me a different answer—none of which solved anything. The customer service staff unknowledgeable and unhelpful. It’s frustrating dealing with a bank that doesn’t care about its customers.
Danilo is the FRIGGIN MAN! Came in with an issue with my online account and was able to help me TWICE throughout the day because the 800 numbers wouldn’t answer for him! He helped me get the issue resolved and despite the situation being incredibly annoying and frustrating he handled it with grace and a smile. Danilo is the man and I will try to find a way for his managers and corporate to know how solid he was to deal with!
Went to transfer money into my account. Was asked if I had a bank of America account. Because I don't, they refused to help me.
