Horrible. 1 teller and 2 bankers working at 3 pm on a Friday. Never has cash. Always a story, always a line. Don’t waste your time, find a new bank literally anything would be better.
What can I say that hasn't been said. 3 places for tellers and a specific business line. Nope. Only 1 teller and 1 line. The other employees seem to know how to look busy but can never help the people in line.
I was assisted on two occasions by Juliane Werner. In a rather unique situation, she handled everything with expertise and genuine caring for my problem, which she resolved completely. Other associates greeted me warmly during my experiences. I can not thank Ms. Warner enough for her help.
The Riverchase manager is rude and insulting. I have banked there for over 25 years. BOA prides itself on customer service. Someone needs to assist them in how to converse with a customer. I am a senior citizen and have great difficulty walking. Perhaps, you should add this to your advertisements. Anyone who was any good has left. I am in great pain and the manager snickered at that. Terrible experience with Bank of America! I had an issue with my debit card, and they were completely unhelpful. I couldn’t withdraw my money, and customer service had no idea how to fix the problem. I spoke to multiple representatives, and each one gave me a different answer—none of which solved anything. The customer service staff unknowledgeable and unhelpful. It’s frustrating dealing with a bank that doesn’t care about its customers.
