Professional, and very concerned about my safety sending money . Many scams in area and are all about keeping customers money safe .
Very disappointed with the service at this location after 15 years of small business banking. Had an appointment scheduled and was waiting for 20 minutes after the scheduled time. Then decided to leave. Very unprofessional. Also the reason I had an appointment was due to a hold on a large deposit for 6 business days. As a small business that cost us a lot of difficulties with cash flow including funding our payroll. Looking for a different bank at this point.
My mother-in-law banked with these guys, unfortunately. She passed away and it took more than six weeks to close out her account. We went in there and filled out the paperwork and then three weeks later we checked back in and they had no record of us going in there so we had to do it over again. I would not recommend this bank to anyone, please try Credit Union much better, service.
They don't answer their phone..... ever!
