I had a very disappointing experience at this Bank of America branch. I went in for help with an issue logging into my mobile banking account, which should be a basic customer service request. Unfortunately, the female staff member who assisted me, named Harminder was not helpful at all. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or even guiding me properly, she appeared to avoid helping and simply asked me to come back the next morning without offering any real assistance or explanation.
