Associate 718 allowed a senior citizen to be scammed of $30,000 in February. They did not bother to ask questions about why an OLD WOMAN needed to withdraw CASH. It is our belief that this location may be run by fraudsters. Why didn't they ask questions before processing such a large amount in CASH?
I recently visited Bank of America and was appalled by the service. I was in the business line and the teller looked visibly angry, offering no greeting or smile. After I made my deposit, she carelessly tossed my ID and receipt onto the counter without any explanation. I even thanked her, but she just stared at me in silence. Customers shouldn’t have to endure such unprofessional behavior. Bank of America, please do better.
