Good customer service
I have been a Bank of America customer for years, and I have never experienced customer service like this. I went into this branch needing assistance with an issue that I was told required a manager. The teller told me that Erik was the manager and was currently in a meeting, but specifically assured me that he would be finished in approximately 30 minutes and would be able to override the system and help me. The BoA website lets you make appointments for notary services but they don’t actually have a notary at this location. You just show up and they’re like, TOO BAD. A courtesy call to let you know would be nice if they can’t remove the functionality on their own website…
