The BoA website lets you make appointments for notary services but they don’t actually have a notary at this location. You just show up and they’re like, TOO BAD. A courtesy call to let you know would be nice if they can’t remove the functionality on their own website…

I want to sincerely recognize Amelia C. and her manager Erik at the Bank of America – College Ave Branch for their exceptional service during a very serious and stressful situation.
