When I got there, the lady in reception immediately asked me what I needed and then proceeded to check who of her coworkers was able to help me even though I didn't have an appointment. Aracely was available and she was really nice, explained everything to me, answered all my questions and help me through all the process. My problem was solved and they were all really nice.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! NEVER answers their phone. Would give ZERO stars if I could!

I always have a great experience at this bank specially with Aracely she knows a lot and she is very helpful.
I was at the bank last week and needed an urgent document. I was assist by Navneet Puri and she was simply amazing. She made an appointment as quickly as she could and delivered the document to me. Super attentive and helpful with what I needed. Highly recommend!
