Worst location in DFW always long line and long wait while only one teller or 2 today walked in to make a deposit long line again manager upfront telling me to deposit 9k to the ATM 🏧 this is insane not coming back there again .
This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I waited for more than an hour and a half, and they made me take my turn twice. People who arrived after me were allowed to go ahead of me just because they personally knew the employees. After waiting for almost two hours, they refused to help me because my ID was expired, even though I provided my new temporary ID and showed additional valid identification.
