EXCELLENT BANK
Terrible bank, big mistake moving my business account to Bank of America, paying for bank wire that takes 3 days to arrive causing me issues, checks put on hold for days at a time, even cashiers checks put on hold, employees at the bank don’t care and offer very little to no help, I would not recommend this bank to anyone, very poor service.

It is impossible to reach somebody by phone. it looks like nobody working there. Worst customer service ever.
Never had a problem going here. I don’t know what these bad reviews are about, probably just people in a bad mood just spreading their energy. Workers are always respectful, friendly, inviting, and do a good job at what they do! Wait times are something to expect at just about every bank, so not worried about waiting a couple extra minutes sometimes, to the reviews complaining about waiting maybe leave your house earlier! My #1 bank!
