Never had a problem going here. I don’t know what these bad reviews are about, probably just people in a bad mood just spreading their energy. Workers are always respectful, friendly, inviting, and do a good job at what they do! Wait times are something to expect at just about every bank, so not worried about waiting a couple extra minutes sometimes, to the reviews complaining about waiting maybe leave your house earlier! My #1 bank!

ATM deposit- Have been with BOA 25 years. Check was held and received UPS from BOA that check was returned to issuer (per se) has not received in over a week in Fl. No one knows what’s going on. Stayed on phone 4 hrs with no results. DRAMA- changing bank for sure. Check from my lawyer office.
I think this is the slowest branch ever, anytime I get here I have to wait at least 30-40 min. It is just a simple wire transfer.
