bank of america in general is a joke ........ avoid them !!!! everybody should avoid them !!!!!Â
The definition of incompetence. Made an appointment and the banker just continued talking to her co-worker for 10 minutes while I waited. No other customers around. She then just created confusion. Then she didn't properly upload the forms. I don't know why I'm still a BOA customer.Â
Visited for account opening and Chris Nobel was great in helping us outÂ
Great customer service. They assisted us with every step. They followed up on every transaction and made sure that things are done on time and as requested. Amazing teamÂ
Called Thursday to inquire about a wire transfer, told to come in and they could help. Said I'd be there Friday. Showed up at 1:05pm, finally spoke to someone at 1:10, and was told by the banker that I needed an appointment and she had a client coming in at 1:30, told me I could come back at 2. There were 4 employees in the branch and one (possible) customer. Then she told me I could take my chances and go to another branch. She was very dismissive and not at all helpful.
