Worst customer service ever received at a bank. Even the manager was awfully rude. never banking there ever again!
I have been waiting in line for 20 minutes to cash a check. I don’t think one teller is enough on a Thursday night
If I could give this institution a 0 rating I would, the manager( refused to give her name) needs a lesson in customer service. Also, tried calling a dozen times to speak with Nevins Antony because of the travesty of a business they are running but couldn't get through to anyone!
