I don't know if it's all B of A branches. But this branch always has staffing problems. I hardly ever see me re than one teller no matter how long the line is As a customer, I do not feel valued here
Wow cant imagine any worse customer service than this. Coming in once reminded me why i moved to Chase. Was only there because my job forces me to use the HSA FSA account with bofa. The fact that i had to go there to fax evidence to their hsa department is symbolic of just how backwards they are. I was the last customer in line of the day and they didn’t mind making me wait a half an hour to get the service.
