No problems Staff is very pleasant
I am regularly at this bank and they are simply great! Yesterday one of them went to quite an effort for my employer's needs, and I really appreciate her (and each employee at this branch).
My Bank of America app was not allowing me to order a replacement card so I went down to the bank to order one in person. The bank teller told me I had to use the app to order a new card and he could not help me. I don’t have a car, so it cost me $25 to uber to the bank. Then on my walk home, I tried to use the app again and it specifically told me I needed to visit the bank in person to order a new card. I tried to call the bank and the robots on the other line could not verify I’m me, so it’s impossible to talk to a human.... read more
