We had an appointment to do some transactions. The “senior banker” wasn’t sure how to do it. He had to get on the phone to another department and also speak to the MOD. Finally that got finished. We were going to go on to the second thing to get done and we were then told our appointment time was up and we would have to make another appointment. In one of the few times I actually come into my bank to actually get consultation I'm dismissed. I actually sat in the parking lot on the phone with your company for 30 minutes and not only did they help me, they were polite and courteous. The person standing at that desk at the computer was just dismissive and arrogant. 3:30 p.m. May 28th. Why even bother having a branch if you're going to staff it with people like this. Please.
