I personally do not see why this branch has bad reviews. I have been a Bank of America customers for over 25 years. I mainly use the app for most things but find ever so often I need to go into the branch. My recent transaction was nothing but positive and efficient. Anna helped my wife open a checking account, upgrade her credit card and she was extremely patient, kind and helpful. I cannot recommend her and the staff at this branch enough.
I opened an account a few weeks ago. I made a wire transfer. Without explanation, I received an email 1 week later stating my wire transfer had been cancelled. I was also locked out of logging into my online banking. When I called the 1-800 number, they stated the phone number I had on file couldn't be used for verification. They told me I would have to drive to the branch (over 1 hour away) and provide two forms of identification. Unprofessional customer service. Clerk seemed like he didn't want to be there
Destin is very professional, kind, and patient. My mother went in there trying to transfer some money and he was able to help her with ease. He walked her through everything she needed to do with great care. He really proved that Bank of America's team cares about their customers. I was worried about my mother getting something wrong, but Destin gave me ease of mind with how kind he was being. Thank you sooooo much for your awesome help!
