I think that a branch should be put in Muskegon. I've had my debit card for a week now and still haven't got the pin for it. The nearest banking to my home is a 46 minute drive. When I activated the card I wasn't given the option to set up a pin. I checked into it and was told I had to go to the bank just to set up a pin for my card. And the wait time for that pin is ridiculous. Some places that I pay bills at prefer cash.

Chris the manager was very helpful with getting a cashiers check. I needed a personal or counter check and bofa doesn’t do counter checks anymore. So he was nice enough to help me substantiate it with the car dealership.
I had a great experience opening an account at BOA. Aaron was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the excellent service!
