placed a hold on a check, tell’s you it is getting deposited on a specific date and then continue to put it on hold with 0 updates after even after it passes the date it should have been in your account(after already being put on hold for a week with confirmation of it being put in your account on a specific date). Also one of the most infuriating places to try calling. The AI you have to talk to for 15 minutes before getting a real person hasn’t been updated in 15 years it seems like.
