Excellent service and excellent emoloyees.
Trying to get in touch with customer service is a joke. Push button after button, listen to their ads for services, push more buttons then on hold FOREVER! After 20 minutes I finally hung up. I'm not sure what happened to customer service standards these days but it's not good and Bank of America is one of the worst!
The bank was clean the staff was friendly. They were able to take care of my needs today
I've been working with this bank for over a decade. Our corporation uses them to bank with and I never had any issues until I had to talk with Kevin Hawthorne, their manager. Because I didn't have the account number to the store he refused to make change for me. I was not asking for anything crazy just simply some change in order to help another business out that brings them in plenty of money.
