Why can’t Bank of America keep their good employees. What happened to Chissoula ? What happened to Dennis? What happened to Matthew? You can’t get a loan here. Not a single person can have an in depth loan conversation. What is happening to this branch? It’s become a robot.
I stopped by the Merrimon Ave. branch at 4:08 today, a Friday afternoon. I found out that they do not have window service any longer, just an ATM. All I needed was some change for a 100 dollar bill!. So I walk to the front door and a sign says Lobby open 9-4. So I could not get my change. I left, very frustrated. When did this branch decide to close the teller drive through, and on top of that, to only stay open until 4 pm every day??? I've been a BOA customer for 36 years! When did all these changes happen??
Customer service skills are essential even in the banking industry. I won't be back to this branch! And am glad I do my primary banking elsewhere. Firstly there is no drive through teller, secondly the drive through ATM was being serviced at 130pm. Thirdly there was a line at the exterior walk up ATM. Why does Bank of America lose all the competent employees?? There was a young lady who was amazing and a mortgage guy who was incredible. They are both “no longer with the company” where did they go so I can keep using them?
