Why does Bank of America lose all the competent employees?? There was a young lady who was amazing and a mortgage guy who was incredible. They are both “no longer with the company” where did they go so I can keep using them?
I walked in this bank 11-04-2024 to see if they could rush me a new debit card because mine was restricted because they notified me of suspicious activity, I am so proud of them for finding this. Due to serious accident I was struggling with a cane. I was met at the door by Christy, she had me get a seat and then stood in line for me to get cash and got my card the very next day! Awesome experience, Russell Morris.
You cannot reach them via phone, even if you call right when they are supposed to open.
