I've been working with this bank for over a decade. Our corporation uses them to bank with and I never had any issues until I had to talk with Kevin Hawthorne, their manager. Because I didn't have the account number to the store he refused to make change for me. I was not asking for anything crazy just simply some change in order to help another business out that brings them in plenty of money. Every time I come here it’s nothing but respectful customer service. I know everyone says bad things about Bank of America but I have had accounts with smaller banks and I can tell you the bigger banks have way more security on there apps to in person services and verifying you I love boa and can’t thank them enough especially the senior banker Andrea thank you so much

Why can’t Bank of America keep their good employees. What happened to Chissoula ? What happened to Dennis? What happened to Matthew? You can’t get a loan here. Not a single person can have an in depth loan conversation. What is happening to this branch? It’s become a robot.
