Despite being the primary facility serving business banking customers, this branch is closed entirely due to COVID-19 and is routing all customers either to North Asheville or South Asheville branches. Chris was very helpful in fixing an issue I had. I tried to fix it with customer service over the phone and they told me it was impossible and I would have to wait up to three business days to get my problem resolved. Went into the bank the following day and Chris had it fixed almost immediately.
