I Went to exchange foreign currency here and I was more than pleased with the service. It was the 3rd bank I visited and how they say “Third try's the charm” and it was for me. It was fast and easy.

A friendly, competent, and customer-oriented branch of "Bank of America" - - once you are inside. The bank-tellers and workers are professionals in the best sense. Their helpful and polite way of interacting makes up for the rough and sketchy block their branch got assigned to. What higher-ups at Bank of America HQ and Berkeley city planning were thinking, when they decided to push the branch to such a location is beyond me. The lobby is very clean inside.
