I rarely use in-person banking services, but I visited this brand location on Friday to deposit cash into my son's account. I was the second customer in line in the lobby, and one teller was assisting the person ahead of me. I waited for about 10 minutes before another teller approached the counter and offered to assist me. During that time, I noticed she had no customers at her desk. So far, I've had an awesome experience. I've had the pleasure of working with 2 of their associates and they've been amazing this past month. I needed help in opening a business account. And Matt at this location was super helpful, made the process really easy and even did a follow-up with me. The following week, because he had noticed a mistake. I had made and one there to make sure that I didn't need to update the information.Overall awesome service and a shout out to Matthew Vanderklok!!!
Why open late 10 when people have things to do lot of time earrly
Great Bank Manager. He followed the rules to be fair to all the patrons that enter those doors. I didn't agree with the policy but he did what the company paid him for . Great job de-escalating and staying cool.
DON’T USE THIS BANK!!! THEY WILL HOLD YOUR CHECKS FOR 7 DAYS. You can’t get the check back, they don’t warn you. I ASKED!!! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BOOT. Told me it was my fault.
