Worthless customer service. Enjoy spending multiple hours on hold and transfered to multiple different departments, without anyone to actually provide any assistance. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I made a deposit and I felt discriminated against. The advisor questioned me why I sent that money to whom and who it was, etc. What was I doing in this state? He didn’t want to help me with my deposit I’ve had my account in this bank for more than a year and I’ve never been treated like this in any other bank I left there crying and I don’t want to continue with the bank

If you live near this location stop waisting your time and get with huddington bank right down the road. I called all day while at work to see if atms were working and nobody answered all to pull up to see a white lady and black gentlemen standing at the doors just shaking their heads no. So you guys get paid to stand there and shake your heads and NOT to answer phone calls. Hilarious guys.

I rarely use in-person banking services, but I visited this brand location on Friday to deposit cash into my son's account. I was the second customer in line in the lobby, and one teller was assisting the person ahead of me. I waited for about 10 minutes before another teller approached the counter and offered to assist me. During that time, I noticed she had no customers at her desk. So far, I've had an awesome experience. I've had the pleasure of working with 2 of their associates and they've been amazing this past month. I needed help in opening a business account. And Matt at this location was super helpful, made the process really easy and even did a follow-up with me. The following week, because he had noticed a mistake. I had made and one there to make sure that I didn't need to update the information.Overall awesome service and a shout out to Matthew Vanderklok!!!
